He is the driving force behind the company and looks after his business strategies and financial planning with the utmost expertise, gained through more than twenty years of service in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and other tribunals as a leading lawyer. As a man of high values and strong ethics, he is immensely respected throughout the LPO industry for propelling his firm to the top most position within a span of three years.
Mr. Sharma has authored several well-read articles and continues to regularly write for a variety of legal blogs. He has contributed to the growth of the LPO industry with his regular participation in a variety of related seminars and workshops throughout India. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Law Society of the UK and the Birmingham Law Society.
