Kartik Yadav is an enthusiastic young professional taking his flight higher each day, stepping each step on the ladder, he is renowned for his multi-dimensional expertise in the subject who works whole-heartedly on each and every task thereby achieving excellence. He is a full time practising Advocate and Legal Consultant stationed in Delhi operating from his chambers at the Supreme Court of India and a part time Law Professor at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi teaching dynamic subjects like Companies Law and Public International Law, etc. He had enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2019 and he is currently a permanent member of the prestigious Supreme Court Bar Association apart from being the member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Delhi Bar Association. He has also been an appointed Member of the Legal Aid Committee at the Bar Council of Delhi. In his active 5 years of experience at Bar, he has got a wide range of practice and appearances before the Traditional Courts ranging from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to the various High Courts to the District Courts to Revenue Courts, before various Tribunals and Commissions from CAT to NCDRC to NCLT and NCLAT to PMLA and NDPS Adjudicating and Appellate Authorities to NGT, and even before the ADRs Forums related to Arbitrations and Mediations, etc. Apart from the traditional Civil and Criminal Laws, he has got ample experience of dealing matters related to Arbitrations, Service Laws, PMLA, NDPS, Companies Law, Cyber Technology Laws, MSMEs, Public Premises, etc. Having a great sense and knowledge of technology and computers, he is equipped with skills to prepare/draft briefs in less time and the infrastructure to argue before the Hon’ble Courts and Learned Authorities both in physical and virtual modes. He has explored a variety of subjects, having done his academics through the imminent institutions, from his schooling at DPS, Ranipur, Haridwar to doing his Graduation Hons. Degree in Physics from the Hansraj College, New Delhi to his Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi to his Masters Degree in Law with specialisation in Constitutional Laws from HPNLU, Shimla to his Masters Degree in Public Administration from School of Arts, IGNOU, and he still craves to learn new things and new skills. Having sufficient standing in academics, he has also persuaded himself to inculcate specialization, having done Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the prestigious Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and another Post Graduate Diploma in Criminal Justice from School of Law, IGNOU apart from Certification Courses in IPR and Cyber Laws from the ILI, New Delhi. He has been an all rounder in his life from being NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holder as Junior Under Officer who had attained excellence in Para-Slithering with the top-notch Indian Army to having been a sports person having played various Sports at various Levels up till National Levels.
