Surabhi completed her Masters in commerce in 2004 and graduated in law in 2008. She is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and Supreme Court Bar Association. She has over 13 years of diverse experience in Intellectual property rights (Trademark), drafting and vetting various contracts & agreements, negotiations, franchise establishment, alternate dispute resolution, criminal, commercial and matrimonial litigation, and has closely worked with corporate and individual clients, MNCs, reputed business houses and Law Firms in UK & US. Surabhi has regularly been appearing and handing matters before various judicial, quasi-judicial forums, including Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, Bombay and Allahabad, District Courts and tribunals.
