Exploring and experimenting with different ML models and architectures that can be used with data from the legal industry in a safe and compliant manner.
Developing and deploying ML models that can function in production environments for the use-cases required by the company.

• Degree holder from Computer Science Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum experience of 2 years working as an ML engineer or Data Scientist in a professional capacity.
• Strong programming skills including Python and familiarity with related libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, etc.
• Database Querying in terms of SQL/NoSQL.
• Working with data extracting and ETL pipelines for pre-processing of data/documents.
• Relevant experience of working in NLP, Neural Networks, Gen AI technologies.
• Familiarity with working or applying transfer-learning on LLM models like Llama, etc.
• Some experience in software development is preferred.
• Knowledge of deploying ML models and data pipelines to cloud services like AWS/Azure.

• LLB/LLM
• Minimum 2-3 years experience.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures.
• Must have analytical skills along with excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Well organized, disciplined, and independent.
• Must be computer savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to work in night shift.
• Prior experience on research platforms like Lexis and Westlaw is preferred.

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Life sciences, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), BHMS, B. Pharm, MBBS, MD.
• 1-2 years experience in summarizing medical/medico-legal records for US Law firms and Life Insurance Companies or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of disease conditions, treatments, tests, and medications.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminologies.
• Must have excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Good typing skills.
• Candidates with prior work experience of summarizing medical records for jurisdictions like Canada, UK, and Australia will be preferred.
