Legal Associate – Night Shift
| Job Title |
Indian lawyers to support US Attorneys/ Law firm in their compatible timings in file management, communication, drafting legal documents such as complaints, discovery, requests, responses, demands, and motions etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables.
Adhere to production and quality milestones.
They are ready to work from basic to complex cases. We provide training. Work as per client requirement. |
| Skills and Experience |
- LLB/LLM
- Minimum 0-2 years experience.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures.
- Must have analytical skills along with excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Well organized, disciplined, and independent.
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Willingness to work night shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am)
- Prior experience on research platforms like Lexis and Westlaw is preferred.

| Skills Required |
- Updated with latest U.S. Patent and Trademark Office rules.
- Retrieve and electronically file documents with USPTO.
- Review daily docket and coordinate with attorneys on deadlines.
- Download and audit patents from PAIR, EP, WIPO, and Espacenet.
- Prepare and file US applications (Provisional, Non-Provisional, PCT, etc.).
- Expertise in USPTO submissions via EFS-Web, EPAS, ETAS.
- Preparation and filing of U.S. patent applications.
- Experience in docketing, IDS management, NOA review, office actions.
- Docketing for US and Non-US patent/trademark prosecution.
- Experience with systems like FIP, CPI, Anaqua, AppColl.
