We prepare a shell response to the office action. Our team fills in all the relevant details, highlights the objections, and leaves the technical or legal arguments section blank for the attorney to complete.

Yes, we download all references cited by the examiner in the rejection and can procure paid references as per the client's instructions and authorization.
